موعد الاستقبال
سيتم استقبال الحجاج من الساعة 11:00 صباحاً من يوم 7 من ذي الحجة (بحسب الرؤية) ولغاية الساعة 05:00 عصراً.
سيتم تسيير حافلات من فندق موفنبيك إلى الحرم المكي ومنها إلى مقر الحملة بمشعر منى.

يوم التجمّع
- عند وصولك إلى فندق موفنبيك خلال الأوقات المحددة، سيرحب بك موظفونا في قاعة شمس.
- سيتم التحقق من تصريح الحج الخاص بك والرد على أي استفسارات قد تكون لديك. خلال فترة انتظاركم، استمتعوا بكرم ضيافتنا بتناول الوجبات الخفيفة ومجموعة متنوعة من المشروبات الساخنة والباردة.
- سيتم تصعيد الحجاج للحافلات بشكل متتالي بحسب أسبقية الوصول لموقع التجمّع. وستنطلق الحافلات مباشرة إلى الحرم المكّي برفقة مرشد من الشركة.
- سيتم إيقاف الحافلات في مواقف المسخوطة، وسيتم إبلاغكم بالوقت المحدد لأداء الطواف والسعي من قبل مشرف الحافلة (وعليكم الالتزام بهذا الوقت حتى لا تتحرك الحافلة من دونكم) ويتم توجيهكم الى منطقة حافلات النقل الترددي مشياً على الاقدام بمرافقة مشرف المجموعة حيث سيتم نقلكم من خلالها إلى الحرم المكي الشريف. وعند العودة من الحرم المكي سيكون هناك فريق لاستقبالكم في منطقة النقل الترددي إضافة الى المشرف الذي سيكون مرافقاً لكم وسيقوم الفريق بتوجيهكم إلى موقع وقوف الحافلة الخاصة بكم استعداداً لنقلكم إلى برج الحملة بمشعر منى.
- ستنطلق الحافلات إلى مقر الشركة بمشعر منى حيث سيتوجه الحجاج إلى أجنحتهم (سيتم إرسال رسالة نصية لكل حاج موضحة فيها الدور والجناح والمنام خلال مكوثه في منى).
Reception Time
Pilgrims will be welcomed starting at 11:00 am on the 7th of Dhu al-Hijjah (subject to moon sighting) until 05:00 pm.
Transportation will be provided from the Mövenpick Hotel to the Grand Mosque in Mecca and then to the campaign headquarters in Mina.

Reception Day
- Upon your arrival at the Mövenpick Hotel during the specified times, our staff will welcome you in Shams Hall to verify your Hajj permit and address any queries you may have.
- While you await the process, indulge in our hospitality with snacks and a variety of hot and cold beverages.
- Pilgrims will be sequentially organized onto buses, prioritized based on their arrival at the gathering site. These buses will transport you directly to the Holy Mosque in Mecca, accompanied by a company guide
- The buses will be stationed at Al-Maskhouta parking lots, and you will receive notification of the specific time for the Tawaf and Sa’y activities from the bus supervisor. It is essential to adhere to this schedule to avoid missing the bus departure. The group supervisor will guide you to the shuttle bus area, facilitating transportation to Al Haram Al Makki. Upon returning from Al Haram Al Makki, a team will be present in the transportation area, along with a supervisor, to guide you to the designated bus location for your transfer to the company residence in Mina towers.
- Subsequently, the buses will depart to the company’s headquarters in Mina. Upon arrival, pilgrims will proceed to their designated suites, with each individual receiving a text message explaining the details of their floor, suite, and sleeping arrangements during their stay in Mina.

سيتم استقبال الحجاج من الساعة 12:00 ظهراً من يوم 7 من ذي الحجة (بحسب الرؤية) ولغاية الساعة 12:00 ظهراً من يوم 8 من ذي الحجة.
سيتم تسيير حافلات ترددية من فندق ريف العالمية إلى مقر الحملة بمشعر منى.

- عند وصولك إلى فندق ريف العالميّة خلال الأوقات المحددة، سيرحب بك موظفونا في بهو الفندق.
- سيتم التحقق من تصريح الحج الخاص بك والرد على أي استفسارات قد تكون لديك. خلال فترة انتظاركم، استمتعوا بكرم ضيافتنا بتناول الوجبات الخفيفة ومجموعة متنوعة من المشروبات الساخنة والباردة.
- للحجّاج الراغبين بالتوجه للحرم المكّي، بإمكانكم ترك حقائبكم لدينا والذهاب للحرم من خلال وسيلة نقل خاصة (الحملة لا توفر وسائل نقل من نقطة التجمع إلى الحرم المكي) والعودة مجدداً لفندق ريف العالميّة.
- سيتم تصعيد الحجاج للحافلات بشكل ترددي على مدار الساعة. وستنطلق الحافلات مباشرة إلى مقر الشركة بمشعر منى حيث سيتوجه الحجاج إلى أجنحتهم (سيتم إرسال رسالة نصية لكل حاج موضحة فيها الدور والجناح والمنام خلال مكوثه في منى).

Pilgrims will be welcomed starting at 12:00 pm (afternoon) on the 7th of Dhu al-Hijjah (subject to moon sighting) until 12:00 pm (afternoon) on the 8th of Dhu al-Hijjah.
Transportation will be provided from the Reef Global Hotel to the campaign headquarters in Mina.

Reef Global Hotel – Main Lobby
- Upon your arrival at the Reef Global Hotel during the specified times, our staff will welcome you in the lobby for the verification of your Hajj permit and to address any queries you may have.
- While you await the process, indulge in our hospitality with snacks and a variety of hot and cold beverages.
- For pilgrims who wish to visit the Holy Mosque in Makkah, they have the option to keep their belongings with us and travel to the Haram via private transportation, such as a taxi (the company does not provide any means of transportation from the gathering point to Al Haram Al Makki); and return to the Reef Global Hotel.
- Pilgrims will be efficiently transported to the company’s headquarters in Mina through our shuttle buses. Upon arrival, pilgrims will proceed to their designated suites, with each individual receiving a text message explaining the details of their floor, suite, and sleeping arrangements during their stay in Mina.
