The main offices of the company are situated in Mina, housed within the A5 Tower of Mina Real Estate Company. This tower is structured with a ground floor encompassing the primary reception area, offices for pilgrims’ relations, and a secure deposit facility. On the first floor, you’ll find the company’s administrative section, the primary restaurant, and the kitchen. The tower features eleven consecutive floors, dedicated to accommodating pilgrims, with a total of 174 suites. Additionally, the tower is equipped with a contemporary central air conditioning system.
Suites
Al Salam United Company is dedicated to offering comprehensive facilities for the visitors of God. We ensure comfortable lodging by providing suites that can accommodate 14 pilgrims each. Each suite is equipped with a bed, a fresh sheet, a pillow, a blanket, and a special towel for every pilgrim. Additionally, there is a designated shelf for personal belongings and furniture, along with two separate bathrooms within each suite. Al Salam United Company also aims to meet the needs of its customers by offering 24/7 room services. These services encompass the cleaning of rooms and bathrooms, and providing top-notch sanitary amenities. Additionally, the company ensures the cleanliness of corridors, elevators, waiting areas, and tower stairs.
